The final sale of the ATP to the Mirvac lead consortium included positive covenants to try and protect heritage and public access. Two easements for public access and a possible bridge over the rail corridor were included. This followed pressure from a number of parties including REDWatch. This is a copy of the Public Access Positive Covenant.
