REDWatch Heffron By-Election Candidates Forum – 2 Aug 2012

Location: The Factory Community Centre, 67 Raglan Street Waterloo NSW

With Kristina Keneally stepping down there
will be an by-election on 25^th August to fill her seat.

So far two candidates have nominated:

• Dr Mehreen Faruqi (Greens) – Environmental / Civil Engineer
  Australian School of Business UNSW, who contested Heffrom at the last

• Cn Ron Hoenig (ALP) – Barrister and long time Mayor of Botany Bay – www.ronhoenig.com.au

The Liberals have announced they will not contest the seat. If anyone else nominates by the forum we will invite them as well.

Both
Mehreen and Ron have agreed to attend the REDWatch meeting and let you know why
they want your support on polling day and to answer your questions from the
floor.

Candidates will present followed by a Question and Answer session.
