 CTV-1 was Australia’s
first cable television station. It was located in the basement of the high rise
McKell Building in Redfern and serviced residents of the area. The channel
first hit the airwaves on 4 September 1987 and former cast and crew members will
be reuniting on the stations 25th anniversary to remember this
ground breaking institution. 

 Former CTV-1 producer
and director Doug Moody has published 45 books during 2012 which include his
autobiography One Nightmare Too Many and a collection of archival plays and
other literary masterpieces.

The special guest will
be former CTV-1 presenter and producer Darren Gray who will be flying in from
England especially for this event.
