Lawson Square Pty Ltd is preparing a Development Application for 1 Lawson Square, Redfern. The Development Application for future development of the site is to convert the two existing GCA Towers into mixed-use buildings. The buildings will include; retail, commercial, 160 residential apartments, basement car parking for 22 cars and space for police long-term tenancy.
We will present the scheme at the event on Thursday 26th July.
