This is a state significant development for alterations and additions to the two existing TNT / GCA towers (while maintaining the existing building) and construction of additional levels to form an 18 storey mixed use development comprising retail / commercial and residential uses; retention of the NSW Police tenancy; basement car parking; retention of existing allocated parking; and public domain works.
