This CMP is still current and provides the basis for Heritage Conservation decisions at the ATP. By the end of 2011 all DA’s lodged with the Redfern Waterloo Authority had been processed and all new Development Applications under $10m will now be dealt with by the City of Sydney Council. DA’s under $10m previously dealt with by the earlier Redfern Waterloo Authority are now handled by Council.
