Have your say on the proposed Hugo Street Community Garden, Redfern

The City of Sydney is working with the Redfern Community Centre and
Sustainable Action Values Everyone (SAVE) to establish a Community
Garden in Hugo Reserve, Redfern.

The garden will:

  • be open to the public;

  • provide a valuable educational resource for the community; and

  • be a place to grow herbs and vegetables, to socialise and relax.

The discussion will focus on the design concept, and we would like to
hear your ideas on making this a welcoming and attractive space.

To get you started, please find attached the design concept as
prepared by the landscape architect following previous community
consultation sessions.

We look forward to seeing you there.
