New residential building proposed adjacent to the Carriageworks building
City West Housing, in partnership with UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation, is designing a residential development for the North Eveleigh site adjacent to the Carriageworks building. A development application for the affordable housing project is intended to be submitted to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure by April 2013. A public exhibition period will follow, providing you with a further opportunity for comment.
You are invited to come along to view the plans, meet the project team and learn more about this exciting new project.
North Eveleigh Parks
Urban Growth NSW Development Corporation has prepared a development application for parks at the western end of the North Eveleigh site.
Community input has been important in the design process. The development application for the proposed parks will also be available for you to view.
