Please note that following acceptance by City of Sydney Council the Draft LEP now go to Department of Planning for their approval before they are publically exhibited. It is expected that the Redfern and Waterloo Public Housing area will be removed from the Draft LEP to make way for the exhibition of the RWA’s BEP2 proposed planning controls for the public housing estates.
