On 4th December 2014 it was anounced that the Australian Technology Park would be sold through an Expression of Interest (EOI) Process closing on 3oth January 2015. On 12 November 2015 the NSW Government today announced the sale of the Australian Technology Park (ATP) in Redfern to a Mirvac-led consortium.
