wishes to provide a new student facility in Redfern at 157 Cleveland Street, on
the corner of Abercrombie Street.
With the inner city private rental market subject to increasing demand,
there is a real need for student accommodation to ease pressures in areas like
Redfern, Chippendale and Darlington, close to our major universities and
tertiary institutions.
The urbanest
project at 157 Cleveland Street would bring
