Lights Camera Action will be holding photo shoot, registration and information expo days at Redfern community Centre 17th and 18th July. When you register with LCA your photo will be taken by a professional photographer then uploaded onto our secure website. You will also receive an LCA merchandise and information pack.
Lights Camera Action will be hosting a movie night as a part of Youth Week celebrations. BBQ at the Redfern Community Centre next Wednesday the 9th of April. Babana Aboriginal Mens Group will also be hosting a BBQ featuring performances by local artists. All welcome!

She is currently an Associate Professor of School of Social Sciences and International Studies at the University of NSW, Sydney Entertainment provided by Vocalist Jay McNeany Attendees are welcome to join us for drinks, finger food and lots of talk. Communicate more effectively with the media and help get your message across The Nature Conservation Council of NSW is presenting a one-day media training workshop for community groups and public sector workers who want to improve their capacity to promote local issues and reach a wider audience Participants will learn how to feel more comfortable with the media and effectively get their message heard through radio, TV and print. The Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School and Community of St Vincent’s Church Redfern are inviting public comment for a Memorial Sculpture to honour the work of Mum Shirl and Father Ted Kennedy at a Public Meeting. This meeting is to seek wider community‐consultation with the Redfern community and to display the maquette (model) and photographs of how the full‐scale memorial sculpture will look on the footpath (in Regent Street).
